Please contact us before sending any product back to receive authorization for a return or exchange.  We will not accept any product without authorization.


All watches come with a warranty against manufacturer defect or failure for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase by the original end-user purchaser. This warranty covers replacement or repair of the product, which is determined by availability, and the time of purchase. Replacement is often used within 30 days after purchase with the same product or like product when repair service is unavailable. Please note that watch bands and batteries are NOT covered by this warranty unless defective. Proof of purchase is required.


Your dosh product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original online purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a defect exists in materials and workmanship within the warranty time period, we will exchange the product at no charge to you with a new or refurbished part of equal retail value, provided the defective product is sent back to us for assessment. We will cover the cost of first exchange to you only when your dosh product is assessed against manufacturing defects, else, you would have to cover the cost of our shipping of product back to you. Subsequent exchanges will also incur additional postage charges. This warranty excludes damages resulting from abuse, accident, misuse, fire and other external causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.
